Rainbow Relaxation Classes
A weekly drop-in class using guided meditation and music to aid relaxation. Take an hour of your week for yourself to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate. This class will use relaxation breathing and colour visualization to create a calm and peaceful space for the body and mind to reconnect and harmonise.
*No experience in meditation necessary.*
6.30pm -7.30pm Wednesdays (beginning 7 March 2012)

‘Reclaiming the British Goddess’ Workshop

In this one-day workshop we will spin the wheel of Britannia and become acquainted with the British Goddesses. Join with like-minded women to dance through your own life cycle using the archetype of the Goddess from Maiden to Mother to Crone and the wheel of the year. We will use sacred song, movement and meditation to reclaim our heritage and heal the divine feminine within us and in the land we live on.
Please bring lunch to share, personal items for the altars and dress for comfort and movement.
Time: 10am – 4pm
